Phil Rogacki is an entrepreneur, veteran of the corporate world, spiritual seeker, and contemplative Christian. He believes in the path of compassion and love found in the teachings of Richard Rohr, Jim Finley, Cynthia Bourgeault, Barbara Holmes, Brian McClaren, Rowan Williams, and others. Phil has also studied Buddhism and Shamanism.

Phil founded Axis Mundi Academy as the logical step in his desire to offer opportunities for transformation of consciousness. This desire was an outgrowth of the love and joy he found in contemplative teachings, practices, and experiences, including over seven years managing online learning for two leading Christian organizations. He has facilitated workshops and groups internationally for several organizations.
